Terms of service
Article 1 (Members)

A "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures established by the Company and agrees to these Terms.

"Member Information" refers to information disclosed by the Member to the Company regarding the Member’s attributes, transaction history, and other related data.

These Terms shall apply to all Members and must be observed during the registration process and thereafter.
Article 2 (Registration)
- 1. Membership Qualification
Customers who agree to these Terms and submit the prescribed membership application shall acquire membership qualification upon completion of the prescribed registration procedures. The membership registration procedure must be performed by the individual wishing to become a Member. Registration by proxy is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership qualification was previously revoked or from any others whom the Company deems inappropriate. - Input of Member Information
During the membership registration procedure, please read the input instructions carefully and accurately enter the required information into the prescribed input form. Special symbols, old-style Kanji characters, and Roman numerals cannot be used in the registration of Member Information. If such characters are registered, the Company will make the necessary amendments. - Password Management
- The password shall be used only by the Member and may not be transferred or lent to any third party.
- The Member is responsible for managing their password, including periodically changing it so that it is not known to others.
- Any intent expressed to the Company using the password shall be deemed the intent of the Member, and the Member shall be responsible for all resulting payments and liabilities.
Article 3 (Changes)

If there is any change to the matters reported to the Company, such as the Member's name or address, the Member shall promptly notify the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from the Member's failure to register a change. Furthermore, even if a change is registered, please note that any transactions already processed before the change registration will be conducted based on the information prior to the change.
Article 4 (Withdrawal)
If a Member wishes to withdraw, the Member must perform the withdrawal procedure themselves. Withdrawal shall be effective upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership Qualification and Indemnification Obligation)

The Company may revoke the membership qualification of a Member if the Member makes a false statement during the membership application, fails to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or if the Company deems that there are other reasons making the Member unsuitable.

If a Member commits any of the acts defined in the following paragraphs, the Member shall be liable to compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result: (1) Unauthorized use of the Member ID or password. (2) Interfering with the Company's business by accessing this website to tamper with information or transmit harmful computer programs. (3) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company. (4) Any other act violating these Terms of Use.
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

As a general rule, the Company will not disclose Member Information to any third party without the Member's prior consent. However, the Company may disclose Member Information and other customer information without the Member's prior consent in the following cases: (1) When disclosure is required by law. (2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect the Company's rights, interests, reputation, etc.

Member Information shall be managed by the Company in accordance with the Company's "Commitment to Personal Information Protection." The Company may use Member Information for the purpose of providing services to Members, improving service content, promoting service utilization, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of the service.

The Company may provide information (including advertisements) to Members via email newsletters or other methods. If a Member does not wish to receive information, the Company will cease providing such information upon receiving notification to that effect, in accordance with the Company's prescribed method. However, information necessary for the operation of this service cannot be stopped at the Member's request.
Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
Members are prohibited from performing the following acts when using this service:

Violating laws, these Terms, cautions for using the service, cautions for shopping on the service, or any other related rules.

Causing damage to the rights, interests, reputation, etc., of the Company or any other third party.

Engaging in acts that may adversely affect the mind and body of minors, or other acts contrary to public order and morals.

Engaging in acts that cause annoyance or offense to other users or third parties.

Entering false information.

Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, emails, etc.

Illegally accessing the Company's servers or other computers.

Lending, transferring, or jointly using a password with a third party.

Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 8 (Interruption/Suspension of Service, etc.)

The Company may stop the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice in any of the following cases to maintain the service in good operational condition: (1) When necessary for scheduled or emergency maintenance of the system. (2) When the system experiences a concentration of load. (3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by a third party, etc. (4) When the Company otherwise deems it unavoidably necessary to stop the system.
Article 9 (Modification/Abolition of Service)
The Company may, at its discretion, modify or abolish all or part of the service at any time without prior notice.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to Members resulting from system interruption, delay, suspension, data loss, unauthorized access to data due to failures of communication lines or computers, or any other damages arising in connection with the Company's service.

The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from the Company's web pages, servers, or domain are free from harmful elements such as computer viruses.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member due to the Member's violation of these Terms or related rules.
Article 11 (Revision of These Terms)
The Company may arbitrarily revise these Terms and may establish supplementary regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms") to complement these Terms. Revisions or supplements to these Terms shall become effective when the revised Terms or Supplementary Terms are posted on the Company's designated website. In this case, the Member shall abide by the revised Terms and Supplementary Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)
Should any dispute arise regarding these Terms, the District Court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's main office shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
