Regular Delivery Course (Subscription)

  • The Regular Delivery Course includes free shipping (within Japan only).

  • The Regular Delivery Course ensures continuous delivery of the product unless a cancellation request is submitted; there is no need to place an order each time.

  • Products will be delivered at a discount ranging from 10% to 20% OFF the regular price (The discount rate varies depending on the product).

  • We do not accept cancellations of the Regular Delivery Course simultaneously with the purchase. Changes and cancellations can be accepted after you have received the product.

  • Changes, pausing, or cancellation of the Regular Delivery Course are possible from the second scheduled delivery onwards. Please complete the procedure for changes or pausing by phone or via My Page 7 business days before the next delivery date. Cancellations must be processed by phone.

  • 【About Payment】

    The first payment will be processed immediately upon application. Payments from the second time onwards will be processed monthly. The payment date can be confirmed on your My Page.

  • 【About Delivery】

    The first delivery will be shipped at the earliest possible date after your application. Subsequent deliveries will be made within 3 business days from the payment date.

  • You cannot pause the Regular Delivery Course for two consecutive deliveries.

  • The application of the first time-only price is limited to those purchasing the Regular Delivery Course for this specific product for the first time.
