- Return period and conditions
- Please contact us by phone or email within 8 days of receiving the product. However, please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened.
- When returning a product, please pack it carefully to avoid damage to the outer box and return it by courier.
*If the return is due to customer reasons, we may not be able to accept the return if the outer box is damaged.
- Return shipping fee
- Please note that if you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. However, we will cover the costs for defective products and incorrect deliveries.
