■ Payment Deadline ■

The payment deadline for Convenience Store Payment (Paidy) and Bank Transfer is the 10th of the month. 
For Account Withdrawal (Direct Debit), the deduction will occur on the 12th*. However, in January and May, the deduction may occur on the 20th*. (*If the date falls on a non-business day for financial institutions, it will be the next business day.)
A finalized bill for the current month will be issued on the 1st of the following month and will be notified via email or SMS (short message service) by the 3rd.

 

■ Returns and Exchanges （Japan Domestic）■

  • Returns will only be accepted within 8 days of product arrival and the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. Please note that returns for opened products are not accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons. However, shipping costs for the exchange of defective products or incorrect shipments will be borne by the Company.
  • In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will exchange it. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of product arrival. Please note that requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.
  • In case of damage caused by shipping, please contact us within 3 days of product arrival and return the item using the method specified by the Company.

 

■ Returns & Exchanges for International Shipping ■

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons.

  • In the event of a return due to long-term absence or an incorrect address, a refund will be issued—minus the actual cost of round-trip shipping and processing fees—only after the package has been returned to Japan (our facility) and the inspection is complete.

  • No refunds will be provided if the product is disposed of or lost locally.
