About Shipping Fees
For one delivery address, shipping is free within Japan for purchases totaling ¥3,980 (tax included) or more. For purchases under ¥3,980 (tax included), a flat shipping fee of ¥500 will be charged nationwide.
About Delivery Methods
Your order will be delivered via Yu-Pack or Yu-Packet, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Please note that we use simple packaging for delivery from the perspective of resource conservation.
While we take great care in packaging, the product package may rarely sustain minor scratches due to impact during transit. As this does not affect the quality of the product, we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
About Delivery Date and Time
We generally ship products within 2 business days after confirming your order details. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days, although this varies by region and service. Deliveries to distant locations, remote islands, and certain other areas may take several days to about a week. *Please note that delivery delays may occur due to order status, delivery circumstances, or weather conditions.
How to Check Your Delivery Information
You can request a redelivery for mail that could not be delivered in your absence. Please use the "Notice of Absence (Fuzai Renrakuhyo)" and apply via Japan Post. Please note that product shipping is limited to within Japan only.
About Yu-Pack
This is a delivery service provided by Japan Post Co., Ltd. You can check the acceptance status and completion of delivery using the tracking service. It can be used to ship parcels with a total of three sides up to 170 cm and a weight of up to 25 kg. Deliveries are made every day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. You can choose from the following six delivery time slots:
- Morning
- Around 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
- Around 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Around 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Around 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Around 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
About Yu-Packet
- This is a service provided by Japan Post Co., Ltd. for delivering small parcels.
- You can check the acceptance status and completion of delivery using the tracking service.
- It can be used to ship parcels with a total of three sides up to 60 cm, a longest side up to 34 cm, a thickness up to 3 cm, and a weight up to 1 kg.
- Deliveries are made every day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Delivery is made to the recipient's mailbox.
About International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is available exclusively to Hong Kong SAR.

Carrier: Orders are delivered via Japan Post (EMS: Express Mail Service).

Shipping Fees: Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products and packaging materials.

Handling Time: Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, Japanese public holidays, and New Year holidays).

Delivery Estimate: Delivery usually takes 4 to 20 days after shipment.
Please note that delays may occur due to flight schedules or customs clearance procedures.

Customs & Taxes: Any additional local fees, duties, or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer (purchaser). For details, please contact Hong Kong Customs.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered in English (alphabetic characters) only.

Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is returned to Japan due to customer-related reasons—such as long-term absence, incorrect address, or refusal of receipt—we will process the case as follows only after the product has arrived back at our facility and passed inspection:

In case of cancellation: A refund will be issued minus the actual cost of round-trip shipping and processing fees (packaging materials, transaction fees, etc.).

In case of re-shipping: The customer will be charged for any costs incurred during the return (such as return processing fees) plus the actual shipping cost for re-delivery. Re-shipping will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Important Notice: If the package is disposed of locally by customs or the carrier, or if it is lost during the return process, we cannot provide a refund or a replacement product. Thank you for your understanding.
